We make Ice tea the Cold Brew way, you have to plan ahead, but it will give you a smooth ice tea.
Put 10 to 15 grams of tea in a jug or bottle and add 1 litre of water to it. Put it in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours and pour the tea through a sieve.
When you make the tea in the evening you have a delicious iced tea the next day.
