Suke Quto a beautiful coffee from Ethiopia, with flavours like citrus, blueberries and peach. Lovely as drip coffee, but also as a nice fresh espresso. The coffee has a medium body.

This year we have the Suke Quto Natural as the follow up for the washed Ethiopian coffee.

After a bushfire, Tesfaye started, out of a desire of forest conservation the Suke Quto Farm.

The Suko Quto Coffee Farm is Organic and Rainforest Alliance certified. By distributing coffee and shade tree seedlings amongst the local community, they were able to conserve the forest. He found 150 growers, that replanted the forest.

This way Tesfaye achieved his dream with Suke Quto Farm The development of environmentally friendly coffee and sustaining the local community with a consistent income.

The local coffee farmers harvesting the organic coffee and deliver these to the Suko Quto Farm for processing.

Our supplier Trabocca is paying for the organic certification of the coffee farm. When the quality standards are met, Trabocca gives premiums related to the “Operation Cherry Red” program.
