The Guranse Tea Estate is located in the Dhankuta Hills of East Nepal. This beautiful tea grows up to a height of 2,400 meters and is a black orange pekoe (SFTGFOP-1).
Guranse means Rhododendron in Nepali, the national flower of Nepal.
The tea has a greenish leaf, with beautiful silver tips. The infusion is green-yellow, the taste fresh and floral (little rhododendron) Can very well as a replacement for a Darjeeling. </ P>
