This Oolong is of organic origin and is a combination of Four Seasons Spring and Jin Xuan tea leaves. De leaves are heavily oxidised.
The tea leaves are aged for a year. After a year, the tea is roasted in 3 “roast” sessions for more than 20 hours (per session) with 3 months rest each time. Once the desired result has been achieved, the tea is again aged for a year to soften.
This tea comes from the Cooperative and organically certified plantation of Menneer and Mrs Xie. They have their plantation in Songbolin, Nantou, Taiwan.
You can pour this tea several times, we use this tea 5 times.
