It could happen you are not happy with the products we have shipped.

You have a reflection period of 14 days in which you can return the products to us, without giving a reason, starting from the day you have received the product. Of course, we would like to know the reason for returning, so we can improve our services. From the moment you have send us the return message, you will have 14 days to return the goods to us. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in original packaging.

The cost you have to make to return the goods to us will be for your own account.

We will pay you back within 14 days after receiving the goods

The easiest way is to contact us by sending a mail to ikwilkoffie@daveskoffiebranderij.nl Please do indicate your order number. The Order number will help us to collect the needed info. We will contact you to arrange everything.

2. Dave’s Koffiebranderij shall reimburse all payments made by the Consumer, including any delivery costs that the Consumer may charge for the returned product, as soon as possible but within 14 days following the day on which the Consumer notified him of the withdrawal. Unless Dave’s Koffiebranderij offers to collect the product himself, he can wait with paying back until having received the product or until the Consumer proved that he returned the product, whichever occurs first. 3. Dave’s Koffiebranderij shall make use of the same means of payment that the Consumer used unless the Consumer consents to another method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the Consumer. If the Consumer opted for a more expensive method of delivery instead of the cheapest standard delivery, Dave’s Koffiebranderij need not reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive method.
